Check-in at Emerald Tourist Park is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am on your departure day.Reception is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with friendly staff available to assist throughout your stay.

Guests can change their booking if they provide at least 7 days' notice prior to arrival, subject to availability and current pricing. For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, a refund is generally available minus a $30 cancellation fee.
