Check-in at Cape Hillsborough Nature Tourist Park is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. These times apply to both accommodation and camping stays, giving guests plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the park's spectacular beachfront and rainforest setting.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the season. During Premium and High Season, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will generally incur a cancellation fee equal to the total booking value. During Mid and Low Season, cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may incur a fee equal to the first night's accommodation or site rate.
