Imagine sliding down your very own natural rockslide beneath a waterfall! Well at Josephine Falls you can do exactly that. Often described as “nature’s playground”, it has beautiful cascades and a wonderful rock pool to swim in. There is a viewing platform from the top pool which is an easy 600m walk from top to bottom, making it suitable for all levels of fitness. It is also wheelchair accessible.

The falls are located just over an hour from our park, in the foothills of Bartle Frere, Queensland’s highest mountain range. Drive to Innisfail, then onto the Wooroonooran National Park.
