Stay 4, Pay 3

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Full payment at time of booking required.
• Stay 4 Pay 3 applies to the Best Available Rate when purchased on a minimum 4-night stay.
• Price covers two sharing adults; additional charges apply for more adults, children & pets (pet cabins only).
• No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled, altered, or changed on the day of expected arrival or during your stay including early departures.
• Date changes permitted with more than 72 hours' notice from scheduled arrival date. Rescheduled reservation dates must be within the sale booking window.
• Block out dates: Some school Holiday periods, Long Weekends, Barossa Special Event Weekends.
• Excludes Group Bookings.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
• Offer available for new bookings only.
• Night stays must be consecutive nights.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled, altered or changed on the day of expected arrival or during your stay including early departures. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit all monies paid.

Minimum notice of 72 hours of arrival will allow date changes within the permitted sale date range only. No refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclement weather, breakdowns, weather conditions, Covid or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you obtain your own travel insurance to cover any Covid or other illness related cancellations.

If notified less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date,1 night’s tariff will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded in the manner it was received OR the remaining balance can be placed into guests client account to use for future bookings with BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park.
