Tours take visitors to the top of the Lightwell
Visitors will discover stories of the notorious Rip which makes this harbour entrance so dangerous, find out about the sea pilots and discover the history of the area's lighthouses and shipwrecks.

General public tours to the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse are organised by volunteers of Queenscliffe Maritime Museum on Sunday mornings or by appointment. Children must be at least five years old and 95 centimetres tall to tour the lighthouse. Appropriate footwear is required, and safety conditions apply.

Bookings are recommended. Maximum of eight people per tour.
