Our Ensuite Caravan Sites are spacious, drive-through sites with a concrete or gravel base and partially undercover carport ⛱️, perfect for keeping cool or shaded.
Each site features your own private, fully lockable ensuite 🚿🛁, including shower, toilet, and hand basin — perfect for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

Changes & cancellations
CANCELLATIONS during Standard Periods:
- If accommodation is cancelled greater than 7 days prior to arrival, all deposits paid (less the administration fee - $30 or 1 nights accommodation see 'Deposits and Payments' for more information) will be refunded.
- If accommodation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival any payment will be forfeited unless accommodation can be re-sold.
- No refunds given for early departure.

Pets
🐾 Pets Booking Terms
We’re a dog-friendly park and love welcoming well-behaved pups! 🐶💛
- 🐕 All pets must be approved by park management before arrival. Dogs are our priority; other pets may be considered.
- 💵 Pet fees apply on Ensuite, Powered, or Unpowered Sites: $5 per pet per site, payable directly at the park. We encourage you to notify us and pay prior to arrival.
- 📏 Dogs must be on a leash outside accommodation and are not allowed in pool areas, amenities, playgrounds, games rooms, or reception.
- ⚠️ Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any mess or damage. Disruptive pets may be asked to leave.
- 🦎 Watch out for our resident bearded dragons! Children and pets should give them right of way and never chase or harass them—they can appear anywhere around the park.

- No booking will be held without a credit card, direct deposits will not be accepted. When making an on-line booking the complete charge of accommodation will be taken from your nominated credit card.
- Phone bookings are welcome, and charging will be discussed with you at this time. A minimum of a $30 administration fee (for a single nights accommodation) or 1 (one) night’s accommodation (if accommodation is for multiple nights) is required to confirm your booking. What you need to know

- Please refer to our cancellation policy for peak and standard time cancellations. Guests arriving outside reception hours (9:00am - 5:00pm 7 days a week) must contact the park during reception hours to make alternate arrival arrangements.
- Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
- A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in.
- Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
- Adults rates apply to persons above 15 years.
- Children rates apply to guests aged 3 to 15 years.
- Check-out time is prior to 10am. Late check-outs may be arranged at an extra charge where available.
- Check-in time is from 2pm.
Vehicles:
Strictly one vehicle is allowed per site/cabin. Limited parking for additional/visitors cars is available outside the front fence of the park. Please contact reception prior to arrival if you are bringing a trailer or boat as we cannot guarantee space to park these onsite. Parking is strictly limited to one (1) vehicle under 4.5 Tonne GVM per booking (site/cabin). All 'minespec' vehicles with reverse alarms must be reversed in when parking. If you have more than one car per booking (i.e extra cars, trailers etc.) you MUST contact the office before arrival as additional parking is very limited and may not be available.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges.
- May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
- Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
Dogs are welcome at our park, BUT if you conceal a dog or other unauthorised animal you will be asked to leave, cleaning fees are applicable to Cabins and Sites within the park and are only payable at the park.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
