🐾 Welcome to BIG4 Hay Plains Holiday Park! 🐾
Dogs are part of the family – and we’re thrilled to have them stay!
🐶 Dogs Are Our Priority!
- BIG4 Hay is dog-friendly – happy pups are always welcome.
- All pets (cats, birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, etc.) must be approved prior to arrival. Fees apply to all approved pets.
- Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended.
🦎 Watch Out for Wildlife!
- Our bearded dragons roam freely – give them right of way!
- Children should not chase, harass, or pick up dragons.
- Keep dogs under control so everyone stays safe.
🐕 Dog Rules
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times (max 2m) outside accommodation.
- Dogs cannot enter pool areas, amenities, playgrounds, games rooms, or reception.
- Off-leash fun? Visit the fully fenced dog park, 15m from our entrance (corner of Nailor & Russell St).
💧 Cleanliness & Comfort
- Pets cannot be washed in park facilities.
- Pick up pet waste and dispose in bins (bags available at reception).
- Pets cannot go on beds or furniture; provide your own bedding.
🏡 Accommodation & Fees
- Cabins: $30 for the first pet + $5 per extra pet
- Sites: $5 per pet per site
- Bedding must stay on hard floors.
⚠️ Responsibility & Behaviour
- Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
- Disruptive or aggressive pets may be asked to leave.
- Respect other guests for a safe and happy stay!
♿ Guide & Assistance Dogs
- Welcome in cabins under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
- Dogs should be well-behaved, clean, and under excellent control.
