BIG4 Strahan Holiday Retreat Overview

BIG4 Strahan Holiday Retreat is ideally situated on the West Coast of Tasmania in the beautiful tourist town of Strahan. Our Strahan caravan park offers an onsite Café, bottleshop, giant chess & checkers, giant Connect4, camp kitchen, BBQ area, guest laundry bike, kayak & sandboard hire and golf club hire to use at the nearby Golf Club. Our parks popular Platypus Walk follows the meandering Manuka Creek around our 9-acre property. Accommodation options include powered and unpowered sites plus an eclectic range of cabin and cottage accommodation from studio cottages to a 4-bedroom house. All accommodation has a kitchen and private bathroom. In the local area, the West Coast Wilderness Railway is a popular all-day activity along with the must-do Gordon River Cruises. Ocean Beach is a short drive, facing the daunting Southern Ocean providing a great evening experience as you watch Australia's most magnificent sunset. West Strahan Beach is a 200m stroll with good fishing and safe swimming for kids and there is a boat ramp and jetty near the park. BIG4 Strahan is an excellent base to explore the neighboring towns of Queenstown and Zeehan. BIG4 Strahan Holiday Retreat welcomes you to our wonderful place.

Beautiful surroundings but old cabins need refurbishment

Large spacious cottage unit but not...
Large spacious cottage unit but not much in it, very basic kitchenette with old utensils and a Rangehoods with no filters. Carpets are dirty and smelly....
